A shopping center located just off Interstate 75 in Ocala has just been sold for $7 million, following the sales of several other similar local facilities over the past few months.
According to a deed filed with the Marion County Clerk of Court, Healthy Ocala Investments LLC sold the Marketplace at Ocala Shopping Center (i.e., Waldrep Plaza) to NSG Capital Ventures LLC for $7 million on February 24.
The shopping plaza is located at 4407 NW Blitchton Rd, which is situated at the signalized corner of NW Blitchton Road and NW 44th Avenue. It is less than a mile from the intersection of I-75 and U.S. Highway 27/441.
The center currently hosts several national and local tenants, including anchor Gold’s Gym. Additional businesses include H&R Block, Darrell’s Diner, Pure Wellness Med Spa, and Ocala Antique Mall & Estate, among others.
