Ocala Man Sentenced for Jewelry Robbery at Paddock Mall

An Ocala man was sentenced for a double robbery at a local retail store and a local jewelry business located at the Paddock Mall.

46-year-old Danny Anzardo, of Ocala, was recently sentenced to 10 years and 10 months in federal prison for interference with commerce by robbery and brandishing a firearm during and in relation to a crime of violence. The court also ordered Anzardo to forfeit the stolen jewelry seized from Anzardo at the time of his arrest.

According to court documents, Anzardo robbed two Ocala establishments on October 29, 2024, a retail store and a local jewelry business located at the Paddock Mall.
