A green construction fence is up and dirt is being moved at the site of another new Walmart in The Villages.
Work has begun on the new neighborhood market near Mulberry Grove Plaza in the Marion County section of Florida’s Friendliest Hometown.
The new 47,982-square-foot Walmart will be situated on a 9.26-acre parcel near the intersection of SE Hwy. 42 and SE 91st Phillips Court, in front of the Phillips Villas.
In addition to the main grocery building, the plans detail a fuel station located at the northern edge of the property along SE 165th Mulberry Lane. That gas station, which will be situated at 9185 SE 165th Mulberry Lane, will feature 20 gas pumps…
