Fireworks and food trucks still will be found on the southeast side of U.S. 301 and County Road 466 after action Monday by the Wildwood City Commission.
The property recently was annexed to Wildwood and commissioners approved a comprehensive plan amendment and city commercial zoning for the half-acre site.
Owner Brian Hoang plans no new development on the property, currently occupied only by a billboard.
