A 29-year-old Ocala man is facing burglary and battery charges after allegedly pushing an elderly woman and forcing his way into her Silver Springs home.
On Monday, March 9, a Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputy responded to a home located on NE 2nd Loop in Silver Springs in reference to a suspicious person in the area, according to the arrest report.
