Wolfy’s Restaurant, a landmark eatery on East Silver Springs Boulevard, is undergoing a total renovation and will reopen in May under new management – and with plans to maintain the restaurant’s former hometown feel.
Bob Perrault, owner of Scrambles Cafe, a popular breakfast and lunch spot at 3233SE Maricamp Road, also will operate Wolfy’s, 2159 E. Silver Springs Blvd.
Perrault said in an interview that he plans to keep the down-home feel of Wolfy’s by hiring “half the (former) staff“ members, including three Wolfy’s servers, and “replicating the (former) Wolfy’s menu.”…
