One thing I have started to learn over time is The Villages basically are terrorists who hold people hostage when it comes to the rules. Every time I turn around I read about someone being pulled in front of a board due to a complaint about a yard, hedges, etc. and they all end in the same way. DO THIS or we will start fining you $50 a day. Since when were the boards in The Villages given the power to force people to do as they are told like we are under the thumb of a dictator? And why has nobody ever tried taking this to court or the highest power possible to see if maybe they are doing things that are outside the law of what they can really do? While I personally have never been dragged in front of the board I see news about someone else having to deal with this terrorist behavior…..
