Three local hospitals have been recognized for their records on patient safety.
According to a news release from HCA Florida Healthcare, HCA Florida Ocala Hospital and HCA Florida West Marion Hospital have been awarded the 2026 Patient Safety Excellence Award from Healthgrades, which bills itself as the top website people use to find a doctor or hospital.
