OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) — Florida lawmakers wrapped up their regular session with a controversial bill impacting horse racing failing to pass.
A bill known as “decoupling” passed the state House but never made it through the Senate. The legislation would have allowed racetracks to keep casinos without live racing.
