A Wildwood man was arrested for battery when officers found him standing over his unconscious and badly beaten twin brother.
Officers responded to Old Railroad Way to find 25-year-old Taylor Guy Foster’s twin brother lying unconscious in the middle of the street around 9 p.m. Friday, according to an arrest report from the Wildwood Police Department.
He was lying face up with what looked like a broken nose, blood in and around his ears, a cut under his right eye, split lips, and multiple lacerations to his hands. Sumter Fire Rescue 31 arrived shortly after to help him, and they confirmed he had a broken nose, the report said.
Foster was also in the area at the time, standing over his brother’s body while yelling obscenities. He had a small cut under his left eye, which he stated came from a ruptured stye. Other visible injuries included substantial torn skin and cuts across his knuckles, consistent with a recent physical altercation, the report said…
