Villagers’ daughter living in Middleton facing additional theft charges

A Middleton woman is facing additional theft charges following her arrest earlier this month after allegedly stealing a woman’s patio bench.

Nicole Ann Moldenhauer, 26, who lives in a home owned by her parents in the family section of The Villages near The Villages Charter School, is facing charges she stole potted plants from two residences at Eden Magnolia Village, which is about four miles from Middleton.

Arrest reports indicate that Moldenhauer pulled up in her vehicle, took the plants and drove away.
