The state has officially revoked the license of an Ocala certified nursing assistant following a string of felony drug convictions and multiple probation violations.
The Florida Department of Health Board of Nursing filed a final order officially revoking the license of Chibrice N. Stanley, 35, on March 27. The decision follows an administrative complaint filed in May 2025 that initially led to the emergency suspension of her license.
According to state records, Stanley entered a plea of nolo contendere on October 24, 2023, to third-degree felony counts of possession of MDMA and possession of Alprazolam.
