A Central Florida man won a $1 million prize playing a scratch-off game. The Florida Lottery recently announced that Rafael Arciniegas Rosario, of Kissimmee, claimed a $1 million prize from the Gold Rush Legacy scratch-off game.
The Central Florida man chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $640,000.
