A new Wawa that opened in south Ocala late last year has just been sold for over $4.8 million.
The Wawa located at 5200 S Pine Avenue was sold by WPG Triple Crown LLC to Overland Leasing LLC for $4,846,000 on Friday, April 17.
Wawa officially cut the ribbon on the new gas station last September.
