There is nothing that will stop accidents between cars and golf carts on Morse Boulevard. Accidents happen. They will always happen. I’ve lived here 13 years and I remember one where a car turned right and hit a golf cart that she admitted she didn’t notice. She was wrong and was given a traffic ticket that she deserved. End of story. All drivers on every street must observe what is around them. But everyone driving in The Villages is responsible for their own actions. When any car or truck meets a golf cart the cart will lose. No road anywhere is responsible for a drivers’ actions.
