Here we go. it’s summer with hot temps and people think they need to take their dogs to the squares. Dogs shouldn’t be allowed in the squares from May to August. There are so many irresponsible pet owners who don’t bring water, and don’t check the pavement for temp. The dogs don’t want to be out in 90+ temps. It isn’t fun for them. Maybe the owners should put a full length fur coat and go barefoot to understand how uncomfortable it is for them. I have fur babies that I love dearly and for that reason they stay home in the air conditioning
