A nasty parking dispute in The Villages wound up before a special magistrate.
Helize Vivier, who lives at 796 Elliott Avenue in the Jackson Villas in the Village of Pine Ridge, explained her frustration when she appeared this week before the magistrate in a deed compliance hearing at the District Office in Brownwood.
A complaint was received March 30 about a commercial vehicle parked in her driveway. The person who made the complaint provided photos of the violation to Community Standards. The property was brought into compliance in April, but the same neighbor made another complaint one week later.
The vehicle in question is a large, four-door truck. A photo submitted by the complainant showed a decal that said, “Triton Commercial Diving.” The name of the business was not mentioned in the hearing…
