A St. Lucie County woman has filed a lawsuit against both the City of Ocala and Marion County after she was allegedly injured when a defective water meter cover shifted beneath her, causing her leg to become trapped in the sidewalk.
Denise DiDio filed the complaint in the Fifth Judicial Circuit Court of Marion County on May 8.
