U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement placed a hold on a Tennessee man after his involvement in a collision.
A deputy responded to a motor vehicle crash at U.S. Hwy. 301 and County Road 104 in Oxford at 5:05 p.m. Wednesday, according to an arrest report from the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office. Upon arrival, he spoke with 53-year-old Ezequiel Balderas Rosales while he sat in his red 2016 Mazda MZ3 passenger car.
He did not have a United States driver’s license and instead handed over his Mexican passport, ID and driver’s license. A check of his driving history confirmed he had never been issued a driver’s license, the report said…
