A 30-year-old man was arrested after he allegedly dumped hundreds of pounds of trash, scrap metal, and other debris in a Marion County subdivision.
On Thursday, April 30, Marion County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the area of NW Hillsdale Avenue and NW Holly Road, in the Rainbow Lakes Estates subdivision in Dunnellon, after a code enforcement officer located the massive illegal dump site.
According to the arrest report, deputies sifted through the 800-pound pile – which contained an old trailer, tarps, wood, concrete, a sink, and chain-link fencing – and found several Amazon packages that listed a Morriston woman’s name and address…
