OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — A legal fight over who should transport inmates between the Oklahoma County jail and the Oklahoma County Courthouse is now heading to another county.
Last week, Oklahoma County Sheriff Tommie Johnson filed a lawsuit against the Oklahoma County Jail Trust and the Board of County Commissioners, arguing he is being forced to continue inmate transportation duties that he says legally belong to the jail trust.
