Yukon residents voice frustrations after special city council meeting
YUKON, Okla. – Frustration mounted among some Yukon residents Wednesday night after a special City Council meeting drew a crowd large enough to require attendees to be split among multiple locations, leaving some feeling disconnected from the proceedings.
The special meeting was called to appoint a replacement for former Vice Mayor Jeff Wootton, who resigned amid an ongoing recall effort.
