OKLAHOMA CITY – An Oklahoma City man is accused of throwing a Molotov cocktail at a man in a wheelchair before allegedly pushing the victim into the flames outside of the OKC police department.
Police said the attack happened early Thursday morning near S. Lee Ave. at W. Main St. outside of police headquarters.
