Suspect Arrested After Deadly Double Shooting in Northeast Oklahoma City Leaves One 19-Year-Old Dead and Another Hospitalized, Police Say

OKLAHOMA CITY, OK — One person was taken into custody after a double shooting Monday afternoon in northeast Oklahoma City left one 19-year-old dead and another injured, according to police.

Officers responded just after noon to a home near East Hill Street and North Rhode Island Avenue, where they found that two people had been shot.

One victim died at the hospital after both were already taken for treatment

Police said the victims had been transported to the hospital before officers arrived. One of them, 19-year-old Deveon Holt, was later pronounced dead.

The other victim, identified by police as 19-year-old Davion Goldsby, remains hospitalized.

Police say the shooting followed an argument between the two men
