OKLAHOMA CITY – Officials are responding after a vehicle crashed into Lightning Creek near SE 44th Street and Santa Fe Avenue in southeast Oklahoma City on Thursday night.
Investigators said the call originally came in as a car wreck, but when emergency responders arrived, they found a car upside down in the water with a man inside.
