OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) — On Friday’s 4 Your Information, we’re talking about a long-held criticism of our legal system.

Money bail creates a two-tiered system. Wealthy defendants can afford bail to buy their freedom before trial, while lower-income individuals, not yet convicted, often wait in jail for months.
