OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. (KOKH) — The Asian District Cultural Association is inviting community members to their monthly safety meeting following a murder in the area.
On July 11, 59-year-old Cap Trung Nguyen was attacked and killed outside a business while he was sleeping, according to Oklahoma City Police.
