EDMOND, Okla. – Two suspects have pleaded not guilty to charges connected to the deadly Arcadia Lake shooting, according to court documents filed Monday.
19-year-old Makhi Magness and 20-year-old Hezekiah Ricks were among the latest suspects arrested by Edmond police on July 8.
