EDMOND, Okla. (KFOR) – A 79-year-old Edmond woman has gone missing after leaving for the grocery store around noon on Thursday. Farrie “Frankie” Colligan never returned home.
Colligan has several medical issues including memory problems. She is possibly wearing a blue dress and driving a Kia Soul with an Arizona tag. The tag number is YCA-382.
