NORMAN, Okla. – Norman Police Department responded to a report of a collision involving a minibike and another vehicle near 12th Avenue Southeast and Woodcreek Drive around 3:45 a.m. Friday.
A 20-year-old male was riding a minibike on 12th Avenue SE when he was struck by another vehicle, according to police. The second vehicle reported not seeing the minibike prior to the collision.
