OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — An Oklahoma City man is facing several charges after threatening and then punching another person on a midtown sidewalk.
According to police, the victim was walking on a sidewalk near NW 10th and Western on Monday when Barry Ware screamed out “war on white people” repeatedly, then ran up to the victim.
