OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police arrested a woman accused of leaving a dog inside a hot car in a northwest Oklahoma City parking lot.
Police said the dog was found inside a vehicle in the parking lot of an Ulta Beauty near Northwest Expressway and North Rockwell Avenue.
