NORMAN, Okla. (KFOR) — According to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, 17 people were arrested Wednesday for not leaving state property as requested.
The encampment site is on land owned by the state near Northeast 12th Street and Main Street in Norman.
Wednesday marks the second time the field has been cleared of a homeless encampment within at least two weeks.
