NEWKIRK — A failure to appear warrant is issued by the Kay County District Court for Krysty J. Scholes, 50, Oklahoma City. Scholes failed to appear for a court date on Aug. 21 and a warrant is issued with bond endorsed at $10,000. Salisbury has not been arrested on his charges as of yet.

NEWKIRK — A warrant is issued for Earl Wayne Salisbury, 48, and an attorney status review is scheduled in Kay County District Court for Krysty J. Scholes, 50, Oklahoma City.
Both are charged with felony counts of conspiracy and felony value-false pretense bogus check con game, both after three felony convictions or more.
