OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA (KOKH) — Oklahoma City police have issued a Kasey Alert for a missing 35-year-old woman last seen in the 3300 block of NW 23rd Street.
According to OKCPD, Modesta Padron, age 35, is a Hispanic woman, approximately 5’2 and 130 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
Modesta was last seen wearing a white shirt and blue jean shorts and is described as having tattoos on both arms and both legs…
