OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) – A Vance Air Force Base airman and his wife are facing child neglect charges involving their 9-year-old adopted daughter.
Steven and Susan Haynes were charged after state protective services filed an affidavit detailing severe physical and psychological neglect.
