Affidavit: Five arrested on kidnapping for extortion charges after victim found in OKC

OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — A possible kidnapping that began with alarming messages to a mother ended with five people in custody and multiple felony charges.

On Aug. 27, Oklahoma City police dispatchers received information from the Pryor Police Department about a possible kidnapping, with the victim believed to be held within Oklahoma City limits.

The victim’s mother called Pryor police after she began receiving messages from her son’s phone saying he was being held against his will and that the suspects wanted money in exchange for his release. She told police the suspects sent pictures and videos of her son showing he was beaten and bloody…
