NEWKIRK — A warrant is issued by the Kay County District Court for an Oklahoma City man charged with felony value-false pretense, bogus check-con game.
Tonkawa police reports that a resident hired Jihurenn (David) Ramirez Altamirano, 28, Oklahoma City, to do work on her home including installing a five-ton central heat and air unit.
Instead a four-ton unit was reportedly installed and other projects have not been done…
