OKLAHOMA CITY (KOKH) — An Oklahoma County man is preparing for his formal arraignment after he was accused of killing a woman and injuring her daughter.
Authorities say 45-year-old Kelsey Daniels and her 19-year-old daughter were walking southbound along MacArthur Blvd. on the sidewalk when the crash occurred.
