A HOMEOWNER said he is scared to drink the water in his house after his city failed to clean their water.
Despite flushing the fire hydrants in an Oklahoma City suburb, the city has yet to clean its water supply fully.
Oklahoma City native Zach Dixon said he filed a complaint with the city when he saw an “oily film” in his water.
The city ran tests on his tap and filtered water, but the results came back clear, showing no signs of contamination.
Dixon told local ABC affiliate KOCO that despite the negative water tests, he “still noticed a slight film on the water.”
The homeowner said he was still wary of the quality of the water as it has been inconsistent.
He said that some days the water was cleaner than others.
“Whenever I boiled the water, and it was still there, I figured that was whenever I needed to reach out to the city,” Dixon told KOCO.
