SPENCER, Okla. — Oklahoma Highway Patrol issued a Silver Alert, on behalf of the Spencer Police Department, for 85-year-old Arzel Swain who was last seen in Spencer, Oklahoma.
Swain drives a 2002 silver Chevrolet Silverado with and Oklahoma license plate, #IJA025.
Swain has been diagnosed with diabetes, Parkinson’s, dementia and cardiac problems.
OHP says Swain is 5’11, has black hair and brown eyes.
