OKLAHOMA CITY – Nappy Roots Books, an African American bookstore in northeast Oklahoma City, recently held its grand reopening celebration in its new location at 3621 N. Lottie Avenue, in the Northeast Town Center Shopping Center (between Kelly and Lottie on Northeast 36th Street). The event was themed Honoring Our Past, Building Our Future.
