OKLAHOMA CITY, Ok (KFOR) – As the temperatures warm up from the bitter cold we saw a few weeks ago, Oklahoma City is still dealing with the aftermath. Last week, the Utilities Department reported that from January 13 through 22, there were 86 water main breaks and emergency repairs.
