OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City attorney Mark Hammons has filed a Breach of Contract lawsuit against the Oklahoma State Board of Education and a defamation suit against State Superintendent Ryan Walters in Oklahoma County District Court on behalf of Ponca City resident and former Ponca City News and West Middle School employee Kay Bojorquez.
