MOORE, Okla. – Moore police arrested two people caught going through and stealing from abandoned vehicles parked on the side of roads during last week’s winter storm. Wintry weather brought freezing rain and icy conditions to the Oklahoma City metro on Jan. 22. Roads became hazardous amid the freezing temperatures, and some people abandoned their vehicles on the side of roads and highways because they felt unsafe driving.
