NORMAN, Okla. (KOKH) – A large-scale rooster fighting operation was busted in Oklahoma after crews responded to a separate incident involving animals. Norman Animal Welfare responded to a home on Jan. 23 to help fire crews rescue nine puppies trapped in a barn fire. Officials said the puppies were unable to be rescued and died in the fire.
