‘He ghosted us,’ blasts homeowner who lost $3,600 to builder who promised him new fence & doorbell cam proved his claims

A HOMEOWNER has told how he was left high and dry after paying a fence company thousands for work he never received.

A number of Ace Fence Company customers in Oklahoma City have claimed they hired owner Chris Papasarantou to build them fences, however, they allege he stopped returning their phone calls.

“So he was actually working on my neighbor’s house to build a fence,” homeowner Trevor Fine told local NBC affiliate KFOR TV.

“And I contacted him to quote me for my fence, and we came to an agreement on the price.”

Fine claimed he paid Papasarantou a $3,600 deposit, but he has waited five months for work to be done on his rotting fence.

Fine’s first interaction with the fence company owner, from August 2023, was caught on his doorbell camera.

Papasarantou can be heard telling Fine he would be back Monday and that he would be easy to reach.

“Monday I’ll hit you up when we’re heading over here,” Papasarantou said at the time.
