A monthly “service day” for Yukon’s veterans has grown to a weekly event. Dustin Simmons, a veterans’ service representative with the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs (ODVA) central office in Oklahoma City, now comes to Yukon every Friday to help U.S. military veterans obtain their VA benefits.
