An armed suspect and a woman believed to be a victim of kidnapping are holed up inside of a home Wednesday morning in northwestern Oklahoma City, police say. Oklahoma City Police said two women were being held at a residence near Northwest 23rd Street and North Meridian Avenue, but one is now in police custody and speaking to investigators.
