MOORE, Okla. – An Oklahoma woman started an online petition to declare Feb. 5 as “National Red Solo Cup Day” to pay tribute to the late Toby Keith. Leah Savage, a woman from Moore, started the petition through change.org on Tuesday following the Oklahoma native and country music superstar’s death.
